Complete mayhem of HR practices and implications of these practices on employees’ attitudes, behaviors and performances. Management style study and leadership pattern research were conducted and recommendations were reported for augmented performance oriented change.



Have designed complete website using both client-side and server-side technologies with a shopping cart that would accept credit cards and PayPal.



Prepared a research report on how contemporary media has played its part in deterioration and exploitation of children and teenagers with its suggestive propaganda models and fad creation. A survey was performed on random students under the age of 12 and regression analysis was used to obtain meaningful data and inferences.








A thorough study of contemporary human resource management models and practices had been conducted and key areas of dysfunctional and amoral practices were identified. According to Islamic principles from Quran and Six Authentic books of Hadith (Bukhari, Muslim, Tirmizi, Abu Dawood, Malik and Ibn Maja) theoretical models are modified to fit Islamic standards and current institutions.

       I have been teaching business subjects, ESL and corporate training modules since 2003. I have successfully designed curriculum and have delivered lectures. I have obtained 100% passing rate in my classes. My teaching methodology is of a facilitator as opposed to teacher that is destined to do what it is designed to do. I have successfully completed contracts in public and private sectors for educational requirements of organizations and individuals. I am familiar with latest web 2.0 tools and i am one of the leading activists for free education and ESL communities online.


            My responsibilities include advising board on best ways to accomplish strategic goals of organization. I collect, analyze and delineate strategies and collaborate in decision making process. I am also technical manager for the organization. Trainerspod.com is a reputed name in providing online educational webinars. We are around for 3 years now. I maintain the main Joomla portal for organization.



My responsibilities include, troubleshooting for customers of Telenor Pakistan in Contact Center Lahore, maintaining KPIs, FCR, AHT, Quality and Adherence to Avaya phone set time.

I have received multiple emails of appreciation by our Pre-paid Unit Manager on pragmatic suggestions and solutions for call handling bottlenecks. My team was at #1 in our new batch. I also helped design IVR (Interactive Voice Response) mechanism.



I have worked to establish Bilojix Inc., an American Call center from the scratch. My responsibilities included, hiring new sales representatives and training them in American Accent. I also had to get projects and run pilot programs and then get permanent contracts for the call center. I had to maintain FCR, ACW and AHT standards and ensure compliance with norms.
