Log-in
 
Users of the RadarSync - Paid may log-in to their accounts at any time.  We 
recommend that members log-in before their first scan. Logging in is also a 
requirement for using My Packs and Packzoola.
  
To log-in, click OPTIONS from either the menu on the left side of RadarSync,
or from the menu bar at the top of the software.
 
Under the 'Membership' tab, select 'Paid login' and log-in with the email address you
provided and the password you created at the time of purchase. 
  
Once you've logged in once, you won't have to do it again and you'll be able to
access all features immediately. 


 
Troubleshooting: If RadarSync does not recognize the log-in information you've entered,
or you are not able to download updates after logging in, send an email from
Contact Page, provide your purchase email address, and request a 'password reminder' 
or 'account activation.'  If you are not sure which email address you provided at 
purchase, forward your purchase confirmation (receipt) to our support.
