Help set up 10 x 10 tents for sponsors, information booth, and first aid; distribute chairs and tables to other venues and set up; put out street barricades; raise banner at the park and John C. Campbell Court – 4 to 7 pm - All hands on Deck (10+ guys)

Return to help break down auction and set up for Saturday concerts – 10:00 to 11:45 pm at the main tent (6 guys) – This is a new request.  We have always done this ourselves, but would love the extra help if possible.

Monday and/or Tuesday AM or PM:
 
·     Assist me in final clean up, loading of equipment, and return to storage.  This is new request, but it always ends up with me doing these things alone while completely exhausted.  I wouldn’t need but 2 or 3 guys to help for about 4 hours, give or take.  It could be any time that works for the helpers, early or late.

Notes:  When I say 10+ guys, it has usually been more than that and that’s okay if they can and want to do that.  We have had 15 or more for the set up and tear down.  For tear down we really could use more than 10 guys.  Everyone is very tired and the more folks the quicker it goes.
