SW comment: this is great to have such a detailed timetable of activities. What we need to factor in from our own discussions are: time to capture prior knowledge and expectations of the students; capture the activities during the session and finally get some raw feedback at the end. My suggestion is that an observer is present during some of the classes to do this and we run it as a form of ethnography. We then have a choice ... that person can then also go in world and observe the activities and take snapshots and video or we can have another team member go in-world.

DW comment: I agree but we probably need a very quick questionnaire to begin with.  We will need to decide exactly who is where on what day and what they are attempting to capture. We also need a final discussion/seminar type session to see if we can get some interesting feedback.

IT comment: I've changed the original plan, bringing SL induction to day 2.

IT comment: I've changed it all again. There is a history of previous documents, right?

SW: I need to check whether we have the original - is it important? We do have your original posting to the MUVEJISC group?

IT comment: I've changed it all yet again. Now it's right.

Notes:

Informal discussions over the course of the pilot form part of the evaluation.
