The Summer Art Walk Series at The Market Common” will be a two day event utilizing the “New Downtown of Myrtle Beach”, The Market Common. Local and regional artists, local non-profit agencies, restaurants, performers and musicians will saturate The Market Common celebrating art, culture and community during each event.
Sponsors are being sought for the Summer Art Walk Series at The Market Common. A tax deductible sponsorship will cost $1,000 for each event. The benefits for you or your business sponsoring an event(s) are:

The Summer Art Walk Series at The Market Common strives to accomplish the following in our community:
Local and regional artists of all mediums will be highlighted in the park as well as in the stores at The Market Common. GAP will outreach to other art centers in the Carolinas to draw artists out for these events. Regional artists will be encouraged to vacation here at the beach while participating in the art walks, benefiting from our in flux of travelers during the summer months.
The park will host live music, performance and other related activities. Visitors will be given a map as to where art vendors are located around the property.
A children’s art tent will remain a consistent presence in the park with plans to unveil special art projects for the community to participate in each month. (ie: a large mosaic that the public can enjoy creating and seeing grow each month, Adirondack Chairs that local artists will literally “uncover” to the public at each event to be sold or auctioned off)
Local non-profit organizations will be highlighted each month.

Valor Park Booth Information:
It is the sponsors’ responsibility to provide their own tents and wire walls or other hanging materials. The tents MUST be securable and have flaps for protection from weather elements AND for security purposes.
Sponsors are responsible for securing their own tents nightly and reopening their tents at the beginning of the next day. Tents MUST be open for business at the start of the festival each day. Sponsors are also responsible for their own load in and load out.
Market Common/Global Awareness Project will provide security to patrol the festival area during off festival hours. Please note that Market Common/GAP is NOT responsible for any theft or damage to tents and all related.
